Bridal opulence met elegance, amidst glitz and much fanfare as the seventh edition of BMW India Bridal Fashion Week was announced in the fashion capital of India. An initiative of Fashion One, the India Bridal Fashion Week announced its continued association with BMW India as a Title Sponsor joined by Swarovski as a Fashion Partner. For the first time, royal bridal couture will travel to seven cities in India.
Present at the event were the most acclaimed bridal couture designers of the country who presented a spectacular glimpse of the upcoming trends of the wedding season. Adding to the glamour of the event, BMW India launched the new BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe. An enthralled audience was introduced to Bollywood Diva Sonakshi Sinha as the Brand Ambassador of this edition of the fashion extravaganza.
Designers that will be celebrating yet another season of creative excellence in bridal couture this year include Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Anita Dongre, Ashima Leena, Falguni Shane Peacock, Gauri Nainika, JJ Valaya, Jyotsna Tiwari, Rina Dhaka, Shantanu Nikhil, Suneet Varma and Tarun Tahiliani. With this, the Indian fashion season is geared to turn up the heat with the glittering BMW India Bridal Fashion Week 2015 first at New Delhi from July 15 - 19, 2015 followed by Mumbai from August 13 - 17, 2015.
BMW India Bridal Fashion Week has positioned itself as the most opulent and premier fashion week in the country with unique and extravagant ultra-modern sets with beautifully crafted lighting and bringing the latest trends and designs in bridal couture. Besides Delhi and Mumbai, BMW India Bridal Fashion Week is also slated to take place in other Indian cities like Hyderabad (September 02 - 06), Chandigarh (September 23 - 27), Ahmedabad (October 07 - 11), Bangalore (October 28 - November 1) and Chennai (November 18 -22) which are key markets for high fashion and luxury wedding consumers. Along with the fashion shows, these cities will host a 3-day large-format bridal couture exposition for the fashion audience.
