Over 25000 followers of Poonam Pandey have uploaded videos, audio clips etc all to try and play the male lead in the actress' upcoming film Helen produced by Suresh Nakum and Vipin Medhekar under the banner of the World Networks.
The activity conducted by the popular digital brand Follo under the umbrella of The Times group along with The World Networks, has elicited a fabulous response from the aspiring actors in Bollywood and beyond.
Overwhelmed with the reactions Producer of the film Suresh Nakum says, "The kind of response that has come for the contest of 'Kaun Banega Poonam Ka Hero' has been nothing less than mighty pleasing for the team. In fact I have never seen such kind of a response getting for any Bollywood movie before the film going on floors. We look forward to creating many more such partnerships in the future.
The hunt would require the contestants to make their 2 minute audition video during which they are free to enact a movie scene or dialogue of their choice to the best of their ability. To be a part of the contest the contestants are supposed to logon on to helen and enter their video in the list opened by Poonam Pandey herself through a video in which she has said that she is looking for male lead to star opposite her.
