We made the commitment to root out corruption: Amit Shah

BJP national president Amit Shah has said that Maharashtra BJP executive meeting is going to be at such a time when a few days after the BJP government would complete its one year. And there is a second occasion also that the State BJP executive meeting is going to be held very first time since the BJP government become in the power in Maharashtra.

He said that the first time a BJP chief minister came in power in Maharashtra and after that it is the first time we are gathering all together. He said that whether a country or state, anywhere if there is an election, BJP gets kudos and BJP activists conquer, receive mandates and are sitting in different places. It is a joy for all of us. He said that the days we are enjoying today have come after a long-long period & hard fought journey by our ancestors after the formation of the party.

Now the BJP have more than 10 crore members and it is standing in front of the World as the largest political organization of the World. The party started with 10 members is now of more than 10 crore members in 2015. The party which didn’t have a single elected member is now ruling in the country with an absolute majority. He said that this fact must remember that thousands of party workers have devoted their lives to build the base for this party. Then the party got the kudos going, BJP government formed in state and Narendra Bhai Modi become the PM of India and Devendra Bhai become the CM of Maharashtra.

He said that the people of the country taken a historical decision a year before and due to this a party got full majority after 30 years and Narendra Bhai Modi become the PM. He said that first time a non-congress party got absolute majority after independence. After that the way the government worked; our opponents are causing confusions in respect of it but we must not be confused with it.

He said that we made the commitment that we root out corruption after coming to power in the country. UPA ruled 10 years and there was one scam after another going all the time. He said, scams of 12 lakh crore exposed during UPA ruling and there were so many scams also in the 15 year ruling of Congress in Maharashtra.
