Government will focus on implementing 70 point agenda for Delhi: Sisodia

The government of Delhi headed by Chief Minister, Shri Arvind Kejriwal will focus on implementing 70 point agenda for providing better service to the people apart from curbing corruption, controlling price rise and providing people uninterrupted power and water. The Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Shri Manish Sisodia, while addressing the press conference at Delhi Secretariat, said that our top priority will be serve the people in the best possible manner.

Sisodia informed that Sh. Arvind Kejriwal has today allocated portfolios to his council of Ministers. Giving details of the portfolios to the media, Shri Manish Sisodia informed that Shri Kejriwal has given to him (Sh. Sisodia) the position of Deputy Chief Minister and has allocated him the departments of Finance & Planning, Services, Power, Education, Higher Education, Information Technology Technical Education, Administrative Reforms, Urban Development, Revenue, Land and Building & Vigilance and all other departments not specifically allocated to any Minister.

He further informed that Shri Kejriwal has allocated the departments of Employment, Development, Labour, Transport and GAD to Shri Gopal Rai while the departments of Health, Industries, Gurudwara, Irrigation and Flood Control, Public Works Department and Power have been allocated to Shri Satyendar Jain.

Chief Minister has allocated the departments of Law & Justice, Tourism, Art and Culture and Home to Shri Jitender Singh Tomar while Shri Asim Ahmed Khan has been allocated the departments of Food & Supply, Environment & Forest and Election. The departments of Women & Child, Social Welfare, Language and SC & ST have been allocated to Shri Sandeep Kumar.
