Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee chief spokesperson and senior leader Mukesh Sharma today described the Aam Aadmi Partys auto rickshaw drivers' rally at the Ramlila Maidan as a Kejri Natak and a flop show as the people of Delhi were well aware of Kejriwal’s propensity to say lies, and because of that they had distanced themselves from Kejriwal’s auto rickshaw drivers' rally. The Pradesh Congress said despite filling the rally with AAP's paid volunteers, not more than 3000 turned up for the rally.
Mukesh Sharma said due to his habit of saying lies on every issue, the people of Delhi have lost their faith in Shri Arvind Kejriwal. He said Shri Kejriwal will now stay put in Kaushambi as he had hit the nadir in Delhi politics due to his habit of betrayals. He said the manner in which the Aam Aadmi Party had sold empty dreams to the auto rickshaw drivers of Delhi through false promises remained just empty dreams as the Aam Aadmi Party had taken no step to fulfil its promises in its 49-day rule in Delhi. He said the Delhi Government was scheduled to issue over seven thousand auto permits, but Kejriwal took no initiative to honour this commitment during his tenure in the Delhi Government. He said the people of Delhi were aware of Kejriwal’s technique of employing sting operations to end corruption in Delhi.
Mukesh Sharma said it would have been better had the Aam Aadmi Party held a rally to protest against soaring price rise. He alleged that the AAP's decision to concentrate only on the Delhi elections had established that Shri Kejriwal and his supporters were in league with the BJP, and AAP contested the Lok Sabha elections only to help the BJP benefit by dividing the secular votes on communal lines. He said Shri Arvind Kejriwal, who moves around with Delhi Police security cover, was enacting a big drama of eschewing police security, though the truth was that to save his residence in Connaught Place, he had employed the most base methods. He said no one was willing to let out a house for Kejriwal in Delhi, as his interest was only to stoke controversial issues. He said the Aam Aadmi Party had completely lost the faith of the people in Delhi.
