Bugging reports are baseless and factually incorrect: Rajnath Singh

In a bid to make a major issue of the bugging in Gadkari House, Congress is in no mood to spare BJP on the issue. Congress seeking complete enquiry and discussion in the house but Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has made it clear that there was no truth in the reports regarding the bugging in the house.

Meanwhile Congress members created storm in Rajya Sabha over reports in which it has alleged that there was a bugging device in the Union Minister Gadkari s house. There was news that telephone was bugged and high powered listening devices were found in his bedroom earlier.

However Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said that there is not any truth in such reports. He further said that no complaint has been lodged either by the Minister or anybody else on the issue. He termed the reports as baseless and factually incorrect.

According to sources, earlier Congress leader Anand Sharma said that bugging of cabinet ministers is a serious matter and it should be taken as seriously.

He demanded for a discussion inside the house adding that it had already been discussed in the house regarding the issue of then Leader of the Opposition and now Leader of the House Arun Jaitley being allegedly accessed unauthorized.
