With the immense success of last year, Amazing Thailand will once again showcase the best of Thailand during Amazing Thailand road show 2014.
Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) New Delhi, will be organizing a three cities road show, There will be a wide variety of products and services, ranging from cultural & entertainment options to theme parks to health & wellness, from tour operators to airlines and hotels to up date.
TAT is also focusing on the travel segment from Tier2 and Tier 3 cities, as they have shown positive signs of travel to Thailand. This Road Show is a step in promoting destination Thailand in these cities.
There will be a B2B session held in each city, where Indian travel agents will get an opportunity to interact with the travel trade from Thailand one-on-one. This will be followed by a Thailand products presentation. The evening will conclude with a networking session over cocktails followed by dinner.
The destination presentation will be done by Tourism Authority of Thailand, New Delhi, Director- Ms. Runjuan Tongrut, will update the agents on new destinations and new trends for Thailand. The destinations further promoted will be Ayutthya, Sukhothai , Khao Yai, Rayong,Koh Chang ,Chantaburi, Koh Samui, Koh Tao ,Koh Pha Ngan , Krabi, Phuket, HuaHin/Cha-am, Pranburi , Kanchanburi , Trang ,Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai among others. The director will also give a brief explanation about the different segments such as Weddings, Celebrations, Golf, Health & Wellness, and Adventure as well as women group. Over 100 Indian weddings have been held in Thailand in the past year and many other celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries and graduation parties are being held in Thailand. There are many options for Indian weddings in Thailand such as banquet space, floral services, temples and Gurudwaras in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Koh Samui & Chiang Mai.
