In a fresh attack on the BJP PM candidate Narendra Modi, senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal on said that he is mistaken if he thinks that he can become Prime Minister of India. He also commented on the ongoing internal crisis inside the BJP for ticket distribution.
Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal said."In this country of 120 crore people, if he (Modi) thinks that he can become the prime minister then he is mistaken."
On the recent revolt in the BJP by Jaswant Singh, Sibal said, "I have been saying this for a longtime that there is no 'namonishan' (existence) of the BJP but there is only 'Namo'. It can be seen in their advertisements which are only showcasing Modi and nobody else.
"These days, there are no comments from the BJP. Their leaders are not delivering speeches. It was very evident. There has been a takeover of the BJP by Modi," he added.
It is noted that Kapil Sibbal is fighting Lok Sabha election from Chandani Chowk seat where AAP leader Ashutosh and BJP leader Dr. Harshvardhan is in fight.
