Baba Ramdev defers the big announcement till Sunday

Baba Ramdev on Saturday deferred the announcement of his next phase of protest against black money, corruption and Lokpal to Sunday. However, he did not make any announcement of whether his hunger strike will continue or not.

"Tomorrow the big announcement will be made that is going to bring a revolution in the entire country. We are just waiting for the government to respond till evening. Lots of things are going to happen tomorrow not just in the Ramlila Maida but throughout the country", Ramdev said while addressing the crowed.

The protest will move to a next level in a new direction with the entire youth of nation joining the agitation, he said. He made these statements after having a long hour of discussion from his close aides present at the venue. Tomorrow General V.K. Singh who came to support the agitation of Team Anna earlier is likely to join Baba Ramdev to support his movement.

Today Baba Ramdev also said that we are not taking any names till now as we are waiting for the govt. to respond till the given deadline but if it fails to do so we will reveal the names who are involved in looting the wealth of the country.

He also added he will submit the letters of support from various gram sabhas and MPs of the country to President Pranab Mukherjee and request him to pressurize the government to act quickly on the raised issues.

Earlier on Aug 9, Yoga guru Ramdev had announced that he will announce the next plan of his agitation if the UPA Govt. fails to respond to his demands till Saturday evening.
