Nitish attacks on UPA for petrol price rise
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has criticized UPA government over the petrol issues and said that ruling alliance is putting the blame on oil companies to avoid responsibility. He has said that the rise in petrol price is completely taken by central government and it should be clean out.
Nitish Kumar said that there has been an increase in the price of petrol. The Centre has taken this decision. Now, when there is revolt on this issue in the entire country, they are putting the blame on oil companies to avoid the responsibility and come out clean. It is for the first time in the history of this country that there has been so steep increase in the price of petrol.
He said that it may be that central government does not take any decision for welfare of people but the do not hesitate in taking any decision if it is linked to curtailing the pocket of the masses.
"Who says the Central Government does not take any decision? May be they would not take any decision for welfare of the people, but they do not hesitate in taking any decision if it is linked to curtailing the pocket of the masses. So,we all oppose it and the government should withdraw this," he added.
Nitish says that everyone can see the chaos all around as the value of money is declining; there has been spiraling inflation. I would request the government to withdraw the petrol price hike as soon as possible.
