Court set May 14 as next hearing date in Aarushi murder trial

A Special CBI Court on Friday has set the next hearing date of Aarushi Talwar and Hemraj twin murder case held on 16/17 May 2008 in Dentist Couple Nupur and Rajesh Talwar's Noida residence.

The dentist couple is the prime accused of this case. Aarushi Talwar was the daughter of Talwar couple and Hemraj was their domestic help.

The session judge of Ghaziabad district court who is also designated for CBI court has fixed 14 May as the next hearing date of sensational and very highlighted twin murder case.

The Court's order came in the hearing of Dentist Couple's plea in which their counsel has said that they have not received all the documents related to this case from CBI.

While on the other hand, CBI Counsel R K Saini has said that CBI has provided all necessary documents pertaining to this case to the accused couple and has withheld only those on which it is not relying for their prosecution.

Justice Lal has orally asked CBI to provide all the documents to Talwar Couple citing as "for the sake of justice". But, he fixed May 14, as the next hearing date in which Court can order formally on Talwars' plea as the couple gave a formal application to the court for the documents.
