London, Aug 12 (ANI): US Olympic boxing champ Nicola Adams will now be able to satisfy her cravings of spicy chicken and chips from Nando's, as she has landed the prize of free food from the fast-food chain for the next year.
Flyweight Adams made history last week by -becoming the first female Olympic boxing champion.
She said afterwards she planned to celebrate her gold medal success with a trip to Nando's.
Bosses of the spicy chicken restaurant chain have rewarded her by adding her name to an elite list of "High Five" cardholders, the Daily Star reported.
There are just 130 in the UK, including former England football skipper David Beckham, actor Robert Pattinson and boyband JLS.
The lucky recipients can eat five starters, five main meals and five desserts every day for a year.
Adams will have plenty of choice where to eat. In Sheffield, South Yorks where the 29-year-old trains, there are four restaurants within five miles of her base.
And in her home city of Leeds, West Yorks, there are five Nando's within a similar distance. (ANI)
