First ever female official to officiate during America's NFL game

Washington, Aug 7(ANI): National Football League will use a female official for the first time ever during a pre-season game between San Diego Chargers and Green Bay Packers.
Shannon Eastin set to become first woman to be on NFL officiating crew as labor dispute between league and permanent officials still going, The New York Daily News reports.
Eastin, an official previously of the Mid-Eastern Atlantic Conference of the NCAA's Football Championship Subdivision, will become the first woman to officiate an NFL game.
Eastin's historic debut will come as the NFL has moved to replacement referees as the league is locked in a labor dispute with its permanent officials.
Eastin's athletic background is in judo, where she won six national championships. At 11-years old was the youngest athlete ever to train for judo at the U.S. Olympic training Center. (ANI)
