Five dead, 17 injured in South Africa shooting

Johannesburg, Aug 5 (IANS) Five people were shot dead and 17 injured when a group of armed assailants launched an attack in an eastern province in South Africa, police said Sunday.
The incident took place as the victims were attending a traditional event in KuaZula-Natal Saturday, Xinhua reported citing the News24 website.
Police said it was unable to comment about the suspects' motives.
