Patient murdered in Delhi hospital

New Delhi, July 24 (IANS) Two days after being admitted to a government hospital here, a 50-year-old man was Tuesday found murdered under mysterious circumstances on its campus, police said.

The body of Rajesh, a resident of north Delhi's Subzi Mandi area, was recovered around 9 a.m. from bushes near the doctor's quarters in Bara Hindu Rao Hospital in north Delhi.

The body was lying in a pool of blood with multiple scratches. It was discovered by the housekeeping staff who informed police.

Rajesh was admitted at the hospital Sunday evening and had been missing from his bed since Monday evening, police said.
