Rupert Murdoch gets cool on Romney in new tweet

Washington, July 20 (ANI): Two weeks after media mogul Rupert Murdoch criticized Mitt Romney, via Twitter, he is starting to come around and looks better.

"Keep it up! Still needs to address all Hispanics, 80 percent Multi- cultural. Dole got 20, Bush 45," Politico quoted Rupert Murdoch(@rupertmurdoch) July 19, 2012, as tweeting.

Murdoch and other media executives met with Romney earlier this month and lobbied Romney to be more vocal on the immigration issue.

In another sign that he was standing firmly behind Romney, Murdoch turned his criticism toward the president's "you didn't make that" line, which Romney's campaign is using to allege that Obama believes government is solely responsible for individual success in the private sector.

"Yesterday Obama went off script, showed real self ie government omnipotent, individuals secondary," Murdoch tweeted, adding: "Must be big damage." (ANI)
