Suri was main concern of divorce settlement, says Tom Cruise's lawyer

Washington, July 15 (ANI): Tom Cruise's lawyer, who negotiated the divorce settlement between the warring star couple, has revealed that the duo's 6-year-old daughter Suri was the actor's main concern.

The court has granted primary custody of the child to Katie Holmes, while Cruise has been given generous visitation rights.

"Tom was always most interested in his child," People magazine quoted Tom's lawyer Bert Fields as saying.

"His concern was for Suri.

"He will have a meaningful relationship with Suri," Fields said.

However, Fields could not reveal a specific time or date as to when the 50-year-old actor will see his daughter, who has been spotted spending time with her mum Katie Holmes.

"I don't know the details of his schedule, so I can't comment. My guess is he'll be seeing Suri very soon," he added. (ANI)
