Miley Cyrus gets Roosevelt tattoo on arm

London, July 12 (ANI): Miley Cyrus has got a quote by former US president Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt inked on her forearm, bringing her total body art tally to around 15.

The tattoo reads: "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat."

Roosevelt's quote has been taken from 'Citizenship In A Republic' speech that he gave in Paris, France, in 1910, the Sun reported.

The line referred to those who stood on the sidelines criticising others while never attempting anything of value themselves.

The singer/actress also took the opportunity to parade her flat belly in her crop top as she left her Pilates class in Los Angeles.

At one point, Cyrus' gaping vest opened up to reveal her black bra.

Cyrus teamed her top with a pair of sensible shoes and leggings. (ANI)
