Four dead in Colombia bus attack

Bogota, June 21 (IANS) Four bus passengers, including a pregnant woman, died in Colombia Wednesday when the rebels opened fire on their vehicle, authorities said.

The bus was attacked after the driver refused to stop the vehicle at a checkpoint of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) in southwestern Narino province.

The FARC is the country's largest leftist rebel group. At least seven others were injured, Xinhua reported.
