Pranab says he's deeply honoured

New Delhi, June 15 (IANS) Union Finance Minister Friday said he was "deeply honoured" that his party and the United Progressive Alliance had chosen him as the candidate for India's next president.
"We have requested and appealed to all political parties to lend their support," Mukherjee said.
