Gilani seeks Chinese investment

Islamabad, June 12 (IANS) Pakistani Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has sought more Chinese investments in the country's developmental projects.

Pakistan has opened of all sectors of the economy like energy, infrastructure, agriculture and railways for foreign investments, he told Fan Gongsheng, president of China Investment International (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd., one of the world's top investment companies.

Gilani said he looked forward to meeting Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao during an international conference in Rio, Brazil, starting June 21, Xinhua reported.
