BJP amends constitution to extend Gadkari's term

Mumbai, May 24 (IANS) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Thursday passed an amendment to its constitution which will now enable the party to extend president Nitin Gadkari's term by another three years, party sources told IANS.

 

The amendment was brought by former party president Rajnath Singh, and seconded by another former president M. Venkaiah Naidu.
