Carlsberg's new demeaning Maradona look-alike ad leads to Argentine fury

London, May 18(ANI Danish beer company Carlsberg's new advertisement showing a Diego Maradona look-alike washing floors, has sparked of fan outrage in Argentina.

Argentineans say they have been insulted by the 90-second promotional video, which shows the back of their football legend with mop in hand, The Daily Mail reports.

The advertisement, which is aimed at the English market for the Danish football team's 'official beer', has fuelled fury on social networks with many calling for a boycott of the firm's products.

They have also branded the spot, for the Euro 2012 tournament in Ukraine and Poland, a 'ridiculous response' to their nation's controversial Olympic Falklands advert. (ANI)
