In Europe, Irish fantasise the most about sex

London, May 16 (IANS) Irish people fantasise about sex more than the folks living in any other European country, according to a study which also says that it is the Irish men who think more about sex than their women.

Our saucy citizens dream about rumpy pumpy an average of 3.68 times a day. This is well ahead of the European average of 2.86, The Sun reported Wednesday. "We're streets ahead of the amorous French, who contemplate sex 2.23 times daily, while Italian stallions have lustful thoughts 2.19 times every day."

The poll, carried out by hotel and leisure specialist lastminute.com, showed the average Irish man thinking about being between the sheets 5.48 times a day. This is over three times that of Irish women who dream about it 1.73 times.

It makes Irish guys the second randiest nationality in Europe -- second only to British men, who think about it 5.8 times.

The people in France and Italy, however, were found to be thinking the least about sex of all the countries polled.
