Man City's Toure may move to new club to seek 'fresh challenges': Agent

London, May 16 (ANI): Manchester City striker Yaya Toure's agent has claimed that the soccer star is ready to move on to a fresh challenge at another club.

"He has done all he could do at City and he needs new motivation, but Toure would like a new challenge," The Daily Mirror quoted Toure's representative Dimitri Seluk, as saying.

Toure has previously said he wanted to play for former club Barcelona again before hanging up his boots, while Seluk has reportedly tried to strike talks with their arch-rivals Real Madrid, as well as Chelsea and Bayern Munich.

"Toure could sign for many big clubs, like Chelsea and Bayern [Munich]. Moreover, we would like to see Barca join the race. I have not spoken with [soon-to-be Barca coach] Tito Vilanova or [president] Sandro Rosell, but they know the situation and if they are interested there will be no problem to sit down and talk," his agent added.

Seluk also cited that Toure 'would not cost much' and he had 'two years on his contract, and in one year, he could leave under the Webster ruling', which allows players to break contracts after fixed periods. (ANI)
