London, May 15 (ANI): Una Healy has rejoined her group The Saturdays and danced around with them on live television just two months after giving birth to her daughter.
The 30-year-old fiancee of rugby star Ben Foden welcomed her daughter Aoife Belle on March 13, but took a mere six weeks off work, before heading back to the studio and learning all the routines to the girls' new songs.
She appeared on TV show 'This Morning' to perform new single '30 Days' along with Frankie, Molly, Rochelle and Vanessa.
"I'm very squidgy! My belly is so soft. I was very fit and healthy throughout my pregnancy," the Mirror quoted the singer as saying.
"I went on tour at six months, and I didn't pig out on food.
"She was a healthy 7lb 13oz but with the fluids and all that I lost a stone when she came out. Since then I've lost another stone. I've just been eating really healthy," she said.
As of now Healy cannot workout due to her caesarean delivery.
"I can't properly exercise because I had a caesarean. You take a while to mend back. So I can't properly exercise for 10 to 12 weeks.
"I did start walking really soon after, and I found my posture had really gone. I think I've got it back. But I haven't been doing sit ups or anything. I will start doing my abdominals in the summer," she added. (ANI)
