Sharif accuses Gilani and Zardari of lying to the nation

Islamabad, Wed, 09 May 2012 ANI

Islamabad, May 9 (ANI): Pakistan Muslim League-N President Nawaz Sharif has accused Prime Minister Gilani and President Zardari of lying to the nation.

Sharif lashed out at President Zardari claiming that he took the people's money to Swiss banks.

"We want Pakistan's stolen wealth to be brought back," The News quoted Nawaz, as saying, as he addressed a rally in Rotodero, as part of the PML-Ns anti-government campaign.

Sharif added that the PPP had capitalised on the peoples sympathies towards Benazir Bhutto to win the elections and their government had violated the Charter of Democracy.

Sharif also accused the government of doing nothing for flood victims nor had they worked towards solving the loadshedding crisis in the country.

He claimed that the murderers of Benazir Bhutto 'would be brought to justice' if the PML-N formed the government, and stated that those suspected of involvement in the murder were hovering around President Zardari. (ANI)
