Warm morning in Delhi

New Delhi, May 9 (IANS) The capital woke up to a warm, sunny morning with the minimum temperature shooting three notches above normal to 28.4 degrees Celsius. The met department has predicted partly cloudy skies.
"We could see partly cloudy skies today (Wednesday). The maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 41 and 28 degrees Celsius respectively," an official at the India Meteorological Department (IMD) told IANS.
The early morning humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 42 percent.
Tuesday's maximum temperature was 40.6 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was 27.2 degrees, both two notches above normal for this time of the year.
