Kim spends 3 hrs at lawyer's house as Kris presses for divorce trial

London, May 7 (ANI): Kim Kardashian, who has been very close to her lawyer's side since the news broke that her ex-husband Kris Humphries was pressing for a divorce trial, was seen at her solicitor Lauren Wasser's residence in Beverly Hills as a short hearing was held on Saturday.

Make-up free, the 31-year-old reality star appeared as though she had come from or going to the gym in her work-out leggings.

She slipped on a denim jacket and wore a scarf around her neck to keep warm.

Furiously checking her phone, the socialite appeared somewhat anxious.

The fact that she also went to Wasser's home means things are quite serious and by reports a war is ready to kick off between Kim and Kris.

Reportedly the NBA star wants his former wife to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Wasser accused Humphries of attempting to prolong the proceedings to dissolve their marriage for publicity's sake during the brief hearing yesterday morning.

But the NBA player is not intimidated, according to Radar Online, and he is pressing for a divorce trial rather than an out-of-court settlement in order to get the truth out.

"The only way that this case won't go to trial is if Kim publicly apologizes to Kris and admits that she only married him for television ratings," the Daily Mail quoted a source close to Humphries as saying.

"Kris just wants the truth to come out and Kim is just absolutely livid that she isn't getting her own way. Kris wants Kim to answer questions about their relationship, under oath.

"Kris is ready for a fight and he has said that Kim should "bring it on." Kris won't be silenced and he isn't after her money, he doesn't want one dime from her.

"It's just about the truth coming out, something that Kim's camp seems to be petrified about," the source said.

The 27-year-old Brooklyn Nets player wants to know what happened to one of their wedding presents, a 325k-dollar white Ferrari, given to the couple by a wealthy Malaysian businessman, among other things. (ANI)
