Los Angeles, April 29 (IANS) Rapper Nicki Minaj says she won't stop using curses in lyrics but urges parents to protect their children from listening to her explicit hit numbers.

"I don't want children cursing. I'm very strict on my nieces and my little brother. They have to listen to clean versions of music," contactmusic.com quoted her as saying.

"Why do people ask me to lose swear words? Do people ask Eminem to lose swear words? Do they ask Lil Wayne to lose swear words? Nobody stops them. Would you stop swearing for the children, please," she said.
