'Special One' Mourinho wishes Chelsea well against Barca

London, Apr 24(ANI): Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has sent text messages to his former players, wishing them well in the second leg of the Champions League semi final against Barcelona at Nou Camp on Tuesday.

The Real Madrid manager has expressed hope to see his former club in the final against his team in Munich, The Telegraph reports.

Most of the senior players in the current Chelsea side like captain John Terry, Didier Drogba, Petr Cech, Frank Lampard and Ashley Young are known to share a good bond with Mourinho.

Mourinho's Madrid had beaten the Catalan giants in a highly anticipated El Classico to virtually grab the Spanish La Liga crown, and now Mourinho hopes his former side could end their challenge in the Champions League, just like his Inter Milan did two seasons ago.

Chelsea won the first leg of the Champions League semi final 1-0, and is expected to follow a highly defensive strategy in the second leg to stop Barcelona from netting piles of goals. (ANI)
