Madonna debuts new fragrance 'Truth or Dare' inspired by mum in NY

London, Apr 15 (ANI): Madonna, who was at Macy's in New York for the launch of her fragrance "Truth Or Dare", has revealed that she was inspired by her mother.

According to the 53-year-old musician, the floral and wood combined with the scent of vanilla and caramelised amber that set the aroma apart from other floral fragrances, reminds her of her mother.

"My mother was always wearing Fracas and I always remember her smell, but particularly when I would wake up early in the morning and I would come into my parents bedroom at night and try to sneak in between my mom and my dad and have a couple of hours of quality time," the Telegraph quoted her as saying.

"And I always smelled the smell of gardenias and tuberose on my mother, so I wanted to create a fragrance that reminded me of her, she said.

The 'Papa Don't Preach' hitmaker teamed with Fabien Baron to create a white and gold bottle with a logo they say represents truth and spirituality. (ANI)
