Eva Longoria admits to being 'hopeless romantic'

Washington, Apr 10 (ANI): Eva Longoria may have recently broken up with boyfriend Eduardo Cruz but the actress says that she hasn't given up on love.

Longoria, 37, and Cruz, 27, dated for more than a year before they decided to split last month. However, the two seem to be on great terms and had a cozy post-split date in Los Angeles last weekend.

The 'Desperate Housewives' star talked about her views on love at the Pepsi NEXT launch event in New York's Times Square on Thursday.

"I don't really have a philosophy on love... but I am a hopeless romantic," she told People magazine.

Longoria said that whosoever she dates next has to have "a good sense of humour" and should not have misogynist tendencies.

"I'm such a feminist... That doesn't bode well with me," she said.

However, dating will have to take a backseat as she gears up for her numerous TV and film projects, including the eighth and final season of 'Desperate Housewives'.

Longoria revealed that she's "in denial" that the hit series is coming to an end.

"It's going to be sad, but I'm excited to move on," she said. (ANI)
