Cyrus Mistry, O.P. Bhatt join TCS board

New Delhi, April 2 (IANS) Tata Sons deputy chairman Cyrus Mistry and former State Bank of India chairman O.P. Bhatt Monday joined the board of directors of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
With the addition of the two, the total strength of the board had gone up to 14, TCS said in a statement. Bhatt is now one of the seven independent directors.
Mistry would succeed Ratan Tata as chairman of Tata group in December this year.
