Fergie has no time for 'X Factor'

Washington, Mar 24 (ANI): Fergie has disclosed that she does not have any plans to join 'X Factor' as a judge this season.

Talking to a TV show, she addressed rumours regarding her involvement in Simon Cowell's reality singing competition.

"I know there were talks last season and this season," LA Times quoted her as telling Access Hollywood.

"But it's just not - Simon said before [that] timing is everything and it's not the right time for me," she added.

The singer, who is currently taking a break from the Black Eyed Peas, said that she loves 'X Factor' but just doesn't have the time.

"I mean, I love Simon and I love the show. It's just that last year, nor this year, do I have the time to commit to that sort of commitment because I would be somebody who would really throw myself into it, as I do with all my projects."

Fergie isn't the only name that's been floated as a potential judge for the Fox show's second season. Other names in the wind include LeAnn Rimes, Britney Spears (reportedly offered 12 million dollars to sit at the judges' table) and Janet Jackson (who told TheInsider.com that she'd turned down an offer).
