Gabrielle Union may get 'black eye' playing basketball with Dwyane Wade

Washington, Feb 1 (ANI): Gabrielle Union has said that she is so competitive that she is likely to hurt herself when she has a game with her NBA player boyfriend.

The 39-year-old actress is dating basketballer Dwayne Wade, 30, who has two sons, Zaire, 9, and Zion, 3, with his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funchess.

"I don't have a half-assed switch - it's either full out or we're playing H-O-R-S-E," Us magazine quoted her as telling Ocean Drive magazine for its February issue.

"So I'm likely to get a black eye or bust my nose or roll around scrambling for the ball and get court burns," she said.

Union recalled an incident when her competitiveness led her to turn up at a photo shoot looking less than camera ready.

"In fact, I had a little slip the day before the Ocean Drive shoot, and showed up with this massive scab on my elbow," she said.

"I'm going to guess that they had to airbrush that one out!" she added. (ANI)
