Gaga told to drop eccentric alter-ego by boyfriend

Washington, Jan 26 (ANI): Lady Gaga's boyfriend Taylor Kinney has reportedly asked her to drop her stage persona and be more normal around him.

The Pokerface hitmaker has been dating Kinney for six months and the hunky actor has reportedly told his world famous lover that she doesn't need to dress up in wacky outfits or act bizarre when they are together.

"Gaga started living and breathing her character 24/7 because she felt her fans wanted that," Contactmusic quoted a source as telling In Touch Weekly magazine.

However, Gaga is seemingly willing to go along with her boyfriend's request and has told him that she is ready to be "more human" as he has assured her he loves her for who she is on the inside.

"Taylor has convinced her that he loves the real Stefani," the source added.

The couple met on the set of the video for Gaga's single 'You and I' last July and are apparently planning to move in together. (ANI)
