Madonna 'set to buy NY horse farm'

London, Dec 11 (ANI): Madonna is all set to buy a horse farm in New York, making it her second real-estate deal this year (09), it has emerged.

The 'Material Girl' moved back in the US following her split from her ex-husband, filmmaker Guy Ritchie, last year (08).

She had bought a posh townhouse on Manhattan's Upper East Side for a reported 20 million pounds.

And now, the New York Post has reported that the singer is buying more property in the Hamptons - a star-studded vacation spot a few hours outside of the city - for just under 6.25 million pounds.

Wild Ocean Farm, currently owned by Kelly Klein - the wife of fashion mogul Calvin Klein - boasts 30 acres of land.

There is no house on the land, reports the Daily Express. (ANI)
