Kylie Minogue, Andres Velencoso to buy beachside villa in Spain

London, Jun 1 (ANI): Aussie pop princess Kylie Minogue and her model boyfriend Andres Velencoso are set to sign a contract on a beachside villa in Spain, it has emerged.

Minogue, 41, and Velencoso are said to be in final negotiations for a property in the medieval village on the Costa Brava, where the model had grown up.

Minogue found the trip to Spain worthwhile, as it helped her in finding her inner peace.

"I feel relaxed, happy, excited and just totally content with my life," the Daily Express quoted the singer as saying.

"I'm just doing things I never would give myself time to do. I'm finding my balance and I'm giving myself space just to be me," she added.

The couple's friends have revealed that the two are not officially engaged, though they have discussed plans for the future and made a promise to marry, with both buying each other matching friendship "commitment" rings. (ANI)
