In the recent time we have seen number of incidences worldwide that shocked us regarding the deteriorating moral condition in our society. Suicidal tendencies have become almost a regular feature in our society. Crime rate is increasing in every part of the world and increasing rate of crime is becoming a continuous syndrome of degrading social values and moralities. We have seen some astonishing instances of crime even in the so called innocent children. Children are increasingly becoming victims of the stress factors in the educational institutions and this paved the way for the increase of their ferocity in behavior and social conduct. Social aspects of stress are more crucial and devastating in comparison to other aspects like medical or health. Let us see some of the most important and dominant social aspects of stress in its present day avatar.

Social aspect of stress is most visible in the destruction and devaluation of family morality and relationships. All over the world workplace stress has largely contributed to the lack of familial communication and decrease in emotional relationships. This actually made the stress ridden population reel under the gnawing effects of depression and feeling of isolation. These same factors also contributed to the onset of deteriorating social contact and bondages that definitely prospered despair and insecurity in the individual level. Juvenile crimes and suicidal tendencies are other important social aspects of stress factors that played a pivotal role in bringing up a generation that is more inhuman and aggressive in nature than their predecessors.

Unlike health or medical aspects of stress, social aspects of stress cannot be addressed by the so called therapeutic procedures and treatment. Social aspects of stress have been dominantly featured in all social as well as professional discussions for their growing role in creating unrest bin the society and other malfunctions in the society. The social aspects of stress have been tried to be addressed by the counseling measures and the professional responsibilities of an organizational psychologist in many offices and for addressing the juvenile aspects of stress in the society many schools have introduced educational and behavioral counselor as integral part of the educational framework for children. But all these initiatives still could not be expanded to the proportion of addressing all the intricasies of the social aspects of stress.
